Stop phishing.
Cut the clutter.
At the source.
Jack Knife scans your inbox for scams and phishing, separates the junk marketing from mail you actually want, and helps you shut off the senders behind it — permanently. You approve every action. Nothing happens behind your back.
Connects securely with Google. We never ask for or see your email password.
What you'll actually see
Mockups below — illustrating the real interface, not a live account.
Two problems. One tool.
Most tools treat every unwanted email the same. Jack Knife separates the dangerous from the merely annoying — because the right response is different.
Threats — flagged in red
Phishing, scams, impersonation, malware and business-email-compromise attempts get caught and flagged with a plain-English reason: what tipped us off, and why it matters. You decide what happens next.
Clutter — flagged in yellow
Marketing blasts and list mail you never asked for get tagged separately — never mixed in with real threats. Approve a sender and we leave them alone forever; reject them and we help you cut them off.
How it works
Four steps. You stay in control of every one of them.
Connect your inbox
Create your Jack Knife account, then connect your inbox securely through Google — we never see your email password, and you can disconnect anytime.
We scan and flag
Threats get a red tag, unwanted marketing gets a yellow one — right in your inbox, where you already are.
You decide
Confirm or correct us with a tap. Fix one email from a sender and we apply your call to the rest — and remember it going forward.
We cut it off at the source
For unwanted senders, we find the way out — and ask your permission before we use it. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf without your OK.

Frequently asked questions
Do you read my email?
No employee reads your email content. Automated scanning happens to detect threats and clutter; if a message isn't a threat, we don't even store it — not the subject, not the body, not a record it existed. The only exceptions are narrow and consent-based: a short-lived cache for a message you're actively reviewing, or a message you explicitly submit to help us improve detection.
What if Jack Knife flags something wrong?
Every flag is a suggestion, not an action — nothing is moved, deleted, or altered automatically. You confirm or correct it with one tap. Correcting one email from a sender teaches Jack Knife your preference for that entire sender going forward.
Can Jack Knife unsubscribe or remove me from mailing lists without asking?
Never automatically. When we find a way to cut off an unwanted sender, we show you what we'd do and wait for your explicit go-ahead before sending anything on your behalf.
Do you sell my data?
No. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. That's not our business model.
Can I disconnect my inbox or delete my account?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately; deleting your account erases your Jack Knife data entirely.
Does this work with Outlook or other providers, not just Gmail?
Google sign-in is live today. Support for other providers is on the roadmap.
What about text messages and robocalls?
Planned next, after email protection is rock-solid. The same leaked-source approach applies: identify where the spam is coming from, not just filter what arrives.
What we will and won't do
Security software should be held to a higher standard. Here's ours, in plain terms.
- Safe email leaves no trace. If a message isn't a threat, we don't store it — not the subject, not the body, not a record that it existed.
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. That's not our business model.
- We never delete your mail. Every action we take is reversible, and you can undo it from your own inbox.
- Nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval. We'll tell you what we can do about a sender — then wait for you to say go.
- We don't hide you behind an alias. Masking your address just moves the problem. We go after the source instead.
